Haven't done anything empires in a while, so I decided to draw my favorite wooden demigod, Hermes! (Featuring him as a Real Boy!)

I really wanna talk about my design, but no idea how to explain it as there's not much lol.

I gave Hermes birth mark like lines where his wooden joints used to be (and gold markings where he may have gotton cut or chipped, the big star shaped one on his chest being where his golden heart used to sit, exposed.) and brown hair for no reason other than I thought it looked good and would make sense.

Also, I gotta mention, despite it already being five months ago, I absolutely adored the finale, especially sausage's???? God, when I went back to watch it to get references I got bulldozed by his last line a whole two times in a row

why a new life season is incoming: a post that will age very poorly

we know grian dictates when the seasons come. and they usually happen when there are less frequent and/or non-HC uploads, a sign that he’s itching for variety.

eg, the upload directly before TL and LiL was non-HC. there was a gap of 17, 10, and 16 days before LL, DL, and SL released, respectively.

and recently,

grian last uploaded a hermitcraft episode >2 weeks ago

guess the build was done with a full lifer cast (as in, the whole cast were lifers)

hermit lifers are uploading less frequently (natural sequence of events after a hermitcraft season starts)

SOS has ended

mcc pride is nearly over (this weekend)

it’s mid-2024

taking all this into account, a season seems likely to happen by latest mid-july, and it’s what i’m choosing to believe. anyway. yeah

Adventurer!Grian would probably be an arcane trickster. Gem seeks him out to hear the ending to an ancient legend. In exchange, she has to help him fish for mending books.

I also thought it would be funny if Grian was shorter than her. He’s practically immortal, being a watcher n all, so he hasn’t aged much since…the time of ancient legends.
